1997 29' HydroCat Marine Inc. 29D

This 1997 Hydrocat 29D has been customized to be used as a marine research vessel, primarily to bring back live fish. It has had a custom tower installed with a fully functional second helm and hydraulic steering. The diesel engines were removed from their stern compartments and a section was rebuilt so that Twin Honda 225 VTEC 4-stroke engines could take their place. They also installed a HUGE live fish tank between the stern and the console. Although it was used to transport live fish, it could be utilized as a giant fish box, or customized further for some other use. The vessel also has tons of rod holders, storage, rocket launchers, baitwell and spreader lights. She has some nice electronics including Two Raymarine E80s, Furuno FCV-585, Autohelm ST5000+, Humminbird Depth Sounder, Marine Stereo with remote & speakers, and a Standard Horizon VHF.
